After 20 min of inactivity your session will expire, your basket will empty and you will have to login again. If that happens, you will see a choice to "Restore Last Order" at the top of the left-side menu. You will also see this choice on the welcome page once you have logged back in. Clicking this will restore the items from your last incomplete shopping basket. You will see this choice any time you have left items in your basket and not completed checkout.
